Find your note.
Hum into your phone; it finds your note and plays a three-minute sit on it.
Your note

Before you hum
- Sit somewhere quiet, with the phone about a hand's length from your mouth.
- Press start, then hum any note that feels easy, low and comfortable, mouth closed. Hold it for about six seconds; breathe when you need to.
- The page shows your note. Try it, nudge it by ear if you like, then sit with it.
Your browser will ask to use the microphone. The sound is analysed right here in the page to find its pitch. Nothing is recorded, saved or sent anywhere, and the microphone switches off as soon as the six seconds are up.
Hum now.
Any easy note, mouth closed, steady. Six seconds.

Try it. Play the note and hum along. If something a step up or down sits better in your body, go with that.
Keeping it saves only the note, on this device. Members' drones and the placing player tune to your note.
Find it by ear
Play a note and hum along with it. Move up or down until one feels like it sits in your chest without effort. Most people land somewhere between the two Gs.
