What you write stays on your device. Your answers, ticks and settings are saved in your own browser's storage on the phone or computer you're using. They are never sent to me or to anyone else, and there is no account, tracking or analytics in this workbook.
What that means for you. If you clear your browser data or delete the app, your answers go too. The workbook gathers your entries into a dated journal that you can print, copy, or download as a backup file. Keep a backup somewhere you trust; restoring one replaces what is on the device. Anyone who uses your unlocked device could open what you've written.
The website itself. The site is hosted by Netlify, which, like any web host, may keep standard server logs such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operations.
Links out. The links to create a practitioner profile or sign in take you to other pages on nickdidit.net, where an email address is collected only if you choose to sign up. Links to support services take you to sites with their own privacy policies. The workbook itself still keeps everything you write on your own device.
